Use of this website

The content on this site is provided for information about the services offered. Design styles shown in the portfolio section are style explorations, not completed client work.

Projects and quotes

Scope, timeline and cost are agreed in writing before work begins. Any change to the agreed scope may affect the timeline or price and will be confirmed with you first.

Revisions and delivery

The number of revision rounds is agreed at the start of each project
Final files are delivered once the agreed fee has been paid in full
Delivery timelines depend on receiving feedback and materials promptly

Ownership

Full ownership of the approved final design transfers to you on completion of payment. Unused concepts remain the property of SOCIQON.

Liability

SOCIQON is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of delivered materials. It is your responsibility to check that a chosen name or mark is available for use in your market.
